The overnight scan
While you sleep, kairos checks more than 30 job boards and employer feeds, including Greenhouse and Personio. Duplicates merge. Noise drops out.
A small private beta, free while it lasts
Overnight, little kairos reads the boards, scores what’s fresh against your profile, and drafts the application in your voice. In the morning you check the queue and choose what to send. Nothing goes out without you.
Full access, free during the private beta. Every application gets a human review.
Early testers are landing interviews at a rate above what typical job platforms report.
Sending more isn’t the answer. The queue stays short because each application gets a score first, then a quality check before you approve it.
Early cohort data. Small sample, reported plainly.
How it works
01
While you sleep, kairos checks more than 30 job boards and employer feeds, including Greenhouse and Personio. Duplicates merge. Noise drops out.
02
Each posting gets a profile-based score with reasons you can read. Strong matches get a tailored application in your voice. A separate referee checks the draft. If the prose sounds robotic, it goes back for another pass.
03
Open the queue with your coffee. Each card shows the score, the reasoning and the finished draft. You approve every application before anything goes out. Nothing sends itself.
What sets it apart
Most AI cover letters get spotted fast. kairos drafts from confirmed facts in your voice. A separate scorer looks for stock phrasing and flat sentence rhythm. A draft stays in the queue until it reads like a person.
Human-sounding check
Change a greeting once and kairos keeps that rule for later drafts. Your voice profile gets sharper with use. You can read or switch off what it has learned.
rule learned: never open with “I am writing to…”
Every draft faces a deterministic ATS gate. It checks the structure and the wording. If it fails, the findings go back to the writer. After three attempts, it parks for your judgement.
Ask why a job scored the way it did. The answer shows where the fit comes from, including location and language. No black box.
The built-in assistant reads your profile and proposes changes as before-and-after cards. You accept or reject each one. It can’t change your data on its own.
Embedded fonts and clean page breaks help your CV parse in recruiter tracking systems. It still looks composed on paper.
Drafts use facts you confirmed one at a time. You can export your data or delete it. Closed accounts are hard-erased after 90 days. GDPR is the floor.

Where it works
A small share of German postings welcome applicants who work in English. They hide across dozens of boards. kairos reads the official Bundesagentur für Arbeit feed, Adzuna and employer systems directly, so English-friendly roles surface in your queue instead of page nine. How the German coverage works
The official federal feed and direct employer systems. English-speaking roles from Berlin to Munich.

Still in build. Name your country inside the app and demand shapes the next route.
Questions, answered straight
No. That’s deliberate. Auto-apply tools burn your name with employers by spraying templated applications. kairos prepares a small number of strong, tailored applications, and you approve each one before it goes anywhere.
It’s free during the private beta. We ask for feedback as you use it, and every edit helps the next draft fit better.
Share real writing samples and kairos learns how you open a message and how your sentences run. A separate scorer checks each draft for stock phrasing and flat prose. Edit a draft once and that change becomes a rule for next time.
You do. Drafts use facts you confirmed during onboarding. You can export your data or delete your account whenever you like. Closed accounts are hard-erased after 90 days. Built in Germany under GDPR.
Germany is available now, with strong coverage of English-speaking roles. New Zealand and Czechia are next. Search somewhere else and name your country; demand shapes the roadmap.
Brooke reads every application personally. Cohorts stay small so each profile gets checked before scoring starts. You’ll hear back either way.
It prepares the application; you send it. You approve every application. If a draft can’t pass the quality gate after three attempts, it parks for your judgement instead of going out broken.
