Terms of service

Not yet lawyer-reviewed

These terms are the plain-language beta draft for little kairos. They will be reviewed by a German IT-law lawyer before public launch. Mandatory statutory rights are not limited by this note.

1. What little kairos is

little kairos helps you find relevant job postings and prepare application materials. It reads licensed or publicly accessible sources, scores postings against the profile you build, and can draft a CV, cover letter, or application email from the facts and writing preferences you provide.

The service is an application assistant, not an employer, recruiter, job board, or employment agency. It does not make hiring decisions, represent an employer, or promise an interview, offer, or particular result.

2. Your account and the beta

You must provide information that is accurate enough for us to operate your account and keep your sign-in details under your control. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account and for telling us if you believe it has been accessed without permission.

The beta is currently free. If paid features are introduced, we will publish the price and applicable billing terms before charging you. Features, availability, and beta access may change while the service is being tested.

3. You approve every application

little kairos may prepare an application, but nothing sends itself. You must read and approve every CV, letter, email, and recipient before you submit it. You submit applications yourself through the relevant employer or job-board process.

Match scores and drafts are suggestions based on the information available to the service. Check dates, requirements, salary details, visa questions, contact details, and every statement about your experience before relying on them.

4. Job sources and acceptable use

We use licensed or publicly accessible job data. Postings can be removed, changed, duplicated, incomplete, or out of date. We attribute postings to their source and do not promise that a source will remain available.

You must not use little kairos to:

5. Your content

You keep your rights in your CV, work history, writing samples, edits, and other content you provide. You give little kairos permission to store and process that content only as needed to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the service for you.

You are responsible for having the right to upload the content and for checking the finished documents. Do not upload another person’s confidential information unless you have a lawful reason to do so. Our handling of personal data is described in thePrivacy policy.

6. Third-party services

Job sources, employer application forms, hosting providers, and other linked services are operated by third parties. Their availability and terms are outside our control. You are responsible for following the terms and instructions of the service where you submit an application.

A source may contain personal information about a recruiter. We use that information only in the context of the specific application you choose to make. You must not use the service to build a recruiter-contact list or reuse those details for another purpose.

7. Service changes and availability

We work to keep little kairos useful and secure, but a beta service can contain defects, delays, missing postings, or interruptions. We may pause a source, feature, or account where needed for security, legal compliance, maintenance, or the integrity of the beta.

We may update these terms as the service changes. The current version and its update date will remain available on this page. If a change materially affects your rights or obligations, we will give you a reasonable notice where the law requires it.

A human check is part of the plan

This page is intentionally honest about its status. A lawyer review is planned before public launch, including the service terms, privacy policy, and AI Act position.
